Arrest In Arson Case

A man from Boone County, West Virginia, is now under arrest for arson.

Deputies say they caught Jeffrey Todd Cook coming out of a house in Hewett right after he set it on fire.

Three houses were burned.

One belonged to Reverend Roger McCauley and another belonged to Jackie Cook.

Jeffrey Cook is also charged with burglarizing the homes before burning them on Tuesday.

They do believe other people are involved but they have not made any other arrests at this point.
