A woman in Kanawha County now faces drunk driving charges for an accident.
The victim is in critical condition.
Jennifer Oldham is charged with DUI causing injury after police say she hit a man on Interstate 64 just past the Cross Lanes exit around 3:45 Monday morning.
Police say the man was trying to push his broken down car onto the side of the road.
Police have not released the name of the man who was hit.
