First it is proof that anyone can become a victim of crime, even the two sons of Cabell County's prosecutor Chris Chiles.
Chiles' sons were walking near Marshall's campus early Wednesday morning after celebrating a birthday and they were approached by two men and robbed at gunpoint.
Police later chased and arrested Roshawn Pannell and Jamie Turner and charged them with armed robbery.
The men were arraigned before a magistrate just minutes ago and they're each being held on more than $300,000 cash bond.
Pannell is from Columbus and Turner is from Logan.
It happened at the corner of 14th Street and 5th Avenue, and police caught up with the suspects a short time later in the 700 block of Hal Greer Boulevard.
Chiles' office is expected to ask for a special prosecutor so there will not be a conflict of interest.
