He's served time in the big house. Now, police say he's back in trouble and they need your help to find him.

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department has named Jeffrey Wood Blizzard one of Charleston's Most Wanted. He's accused of four serious driving violations in Putnam County. Deputies say say blizzard's license was taken away for good in 1988 for a DUI, but he keeps driving. He got caught driving in 1998, 2000 and just two months ago.

Police say Blizzard was also speeding, driving with no insurance, and had improper registration. Court records show Blizzard served time in prison after he was convicted of first degree arson in the early nineties.

"People tend to think that traffic violations are less serious; however, they are in place for a reason," said Lt. Sean Crosier with the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department. "In this case, we want to try to take this person off the streets so that he's not out endangering other people's lives."

Jeffrey Wood Blizzard is 41 years old. His last known address is on Rockledge Circle in Nitro, but used to live on Second Avenue in St. Albans. Call the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department at (304) 357-0169 if you have any information about Blizzard.
