He hit a big jackpot with some video lottery machines, but he didn't win it...police say he stole it. Detectives need your help to identify and catch the suspect.

The Charleston Police Department has named the man in these pictures one of Charleston's Most Wanted. The pictures are from the MiMi's on Patrick Street back in April. Detectives say the man broke into the building early in the morning, then busted into three different video lottery machines...stealing thousands of dollars.

Police know these pictures aren't great, but they want to point out a few things: the man has a green or black tattoo on the right side of his neck. They say it looks like he also has a tattoo above his waist line on his back--and was wearing jeans that had a smeared black handprint on the right leg.

"Break-ins like this and burglaries that we have throughout the city of Charleston are difficult cases to solve because we don't generally have physical evidence left behind at the scene, as opposed to to what you might see on television," said Sergeant Aaron James, Assistant Chief of the Charleston Police Criminal Investigations Division.

This man is facing breaking and entering charges when he's caught. Police say the suspect may be driving a small, dark colored compact car--employees noticed the car driving around the business before closing.
