They were away the greater part of six months, in and out of hospital rooms and motels, all they wanted to go was go home. at the beginning of the year, ethan was diagnosed with heptoblastoma. It’s a disease that causes tumors and lesions, they only option they had was a transplant.

Ethan's surgery went well, It has been 2 months and his body has not rejected the new liver. Then last week, Donna & James were told they could go back to their house in Virgie, Kentucky. When they got home they found someone had broken into their home. Donna says some of the items can be replaced but other sentimental items cam not.
