Andrea Yates
A jury in Houston, Texas has found Andrea Yates NOT guilty of drowning her five children in a bathtub.
In 2002, a jury took just four hours to convict Yates of murder.
However, that conviction was overturned when it emerged that a witness gave inaccurate testimony.
Yates pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, and the jury agreed.
Yesterday, jurors asked to see the state's definition of insanity. They also spent 11 hours reviewing videotapes of two psychiatrists' interviews.
Again, a jury has found Andrea Yates NOT guilty of murder for drowning her children in a bathtub.
We'll have the very latest in this case tonight on First at Five.
