Two people are dead and two others are in critical condition after an accident early Sunday morning in Parkersburg. It happened just after 3am on Rosemar Road. Police say the jeep wrangler ran off the roadway edge and dropped into a culvert that's 20 to 30 feet deep. The jeep then struck a tree and rolled throwing all four people out of the car. Two of the people were killed and the other two were taken to St. Joseph Hospital. Police have not released the names of the people in the accident.
