A mother in Ohio is facing charges for leaving her three children in a car alone.
She left three small children in the car at nine o'clock at night with the windows partially down.
Officers said heat wasn't much of a problem at that time of night, but say they were concerned she left her keys in the ignition.
Officers said the oldest child, a seven year old, could have easily hit the controls or gears and put the children and/or others in danger.
The mother is now facing neglect charges.
