HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A Wayne, West Virginia, man is heading to a federal prison for 41 months on a heroin charge.

39-year-old Michael Shane Watts learned his sentence Monday in U.S. District Court in Huntington.

Police arrested Watts on West 6th Street in Huntington back in May, 2007. At the time, he admitted to investigators that he intended to distribute the heroin in the Huntington area.
