Its becoming a weekly occurrence. A person is killed while driving a 4-wheeler. The latest victim was a man from eastern Kentucky.
State police say Donald Ison of Rowan County died early yesterday after the ATV he was operating went off the road and plunged over an embankment.
Rowan County Coroner John Northcutt Says, “Ison died at the scene of the crash. The accident happened near Morehead.”
Last year, Kentucky led the nation in ATV deaths.
