Caller: Motorcycle up here on Route 21, and the guy got off and was chasing the woman... and then a car tried to help, and he was causing trouble with that car.

Caller: She's sitting there crying and the man is threatening motorists that try to stop and help.

Many people thought the situation was originally a motorcycle crash. Black is under arrest and in the South Central Regional Jail. Lively is recovering at Charleston Area Medical Center. On Monday, she was listed in serious condition.
