New Coach for Chesapeake, Ohio
We're a long way from basketball season but that was the hot topic tonight in Chesapeake, Ohio.
The reaction at the school board meeting, not possitve. The board's choice of Ron Reed as the new High School Basketball Coach didn't sit well with some people. They wanted Coach Bryan Wells "Cannonball", who has worked with high school and middle school sports.
Chesapeake Superintendent, Sam Hall says, “the reaction tonight was troubling.”
Community members say despite the decision they'll still support Coach Reed and Chesapeake’s Basketball Team.
