She shot her husband several times in the middle of the street, then celebrated, saying he'd cheated on her.
On Friday, Crystal Patterson pleaded guilty to malicious wounding.
She now faces up to 10 years in prison.
Police say Patterson shot her husband, Charles, two years ago on Charleston's west side.
He has since recovered from his injuries.
Crystal Patterson will be sentenced in November.
