PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A grand jury in Johnson County has determined there was not enough evidence to issue an indictment in a hit & run death.

Mark Little was found dead along of KY Route 172 back in August.

A Johnson County couple later called police to say they believed they had hit Little.

Kentucky State Police say Little was wearing dark clothing and lying in the middle of the road when he was run over.

Reports also indicted that friends told investigators that Little had been depressed and talked about killing himself.

Well, thats got to be an interesting way to die. Im going out on a limb here, but im pretty confident in that: their might just be a less painful way to experience suicide. Must be the adrenaline rush he wanted.
