Law enforcement agencies in Morgantown are gearing up for the Friends of Coal Bowl tomorrow. That's where Marshall and West Virginia will take the Gridiron.
The police chief says his department is teaming up with the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department, State Police and the WVU Department of Public Safety to provide police presence before, during, and after the game.
