Man Arrested in Fatal DUI Accident

Last year drunk drivers caused 126 deaths in West Virginia.

Tuesday a man from Boone County was locked up on charges that he killed a little boy in a drunk driving accident. Christian Sanchez Rubio was arraigned Tuesday on felony DUI charges.

Last month Police say Sanchez crossed the center line on Route 3 and hit an oncoming pick-up truck. Four year old Tyler Evans died in that wreck.

Sanchez is being held in the South Central Regional Jail on a $200 thousand dollar bond.

He'll return to court on the charges September 15th.
