Wednesday is the "Run for the Roses" in Charleston.
The idea is to keep one for yourself, give the other 11 to different people.
That's the concept behind Good Neighbor Day.
Every year, Charleston cut flowers hands out free roses for people to share with others.
The owner handed out 10,000, just to help create a friendlier city.
Customers say it's enough to bring them back year after year.
