She says she was kidnapped and driven around two counties for more than 12 hours! Now police in Kanawha County say it was all a hoax! State Police say they will file charges against Nicole Castle sometime tomorrow.

On Tuesday told police she and her young daughter were kidnapped by two strangers in Beckley.

WSAZ obtained Castles 911 call for help.

911: Are you ok?
Castle: Yes, I had my daughter with me.
911: Is your daughter still with you?
Castle: Yes, they had me for at least 12 hours now.

Minutes later police found her a Rand barbershop where Castle says she went for help. On Tuesday police said her story was strong but on Wednesday they say it's falling apart. Police found her car and the two men she said kidnapped her and her daughter.

Corporal S.M. Pettry with the West Virginia says “They're kinda upset! According to them, they're friends. They've helped her when she needed help." And if that's not evidence enough, police say there's even more proof this is all a hoax. "I've got independent leads indicating she was not abducted, I’ve got eyewitness statements, I’ve got video surveillance of her in stores by herself”, said Pettry.

Two months ago, another hoax in Braxton County. A young girl claimed she'd been kidnapped and locked-up with her cell phone in the trunk of a car. Not too long after police called it a prank. Like Castle, that teenager now faces criminal charges.
