The mystery has been solved on where all those dead dogs came from that were in a Huntington garbage truck Thursday night.
There were 28 dead dogs in the truck.
They found them because they were dripping blood from the truck.
It turns out that it was not a case of animal abuse.
The dogs were euthanized at the Cabell-Wayne Animal Shelter.
They were not supposed to end up in a garbage truck and they were supposed to be in leak-proof containers.
They say some errors were made, but no crime was committed.
The health department will check into the disposal problems.
