Man in Elkview faces Child Pornography Charges

A man picking up a package of pictures at Rite Aid is now in jail charged with possession of child pornography.

Bobby Lee Hodges is now in police custody. Police say they got a call from the Rite Aid in Elkview the pictures Hodges picked up showed the accused involved in sexual acts with a juvenile.

Troopers say they searched Hodges' house and found more evidence of sexual misconduct as well as marijuana growing outside his house.

Hodges faces several charges including, cultivation of marijuana, possession of child pornography, sexual assault in the third degree and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The investigation is still ongoing and more charges are pending.
