HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Charleston woman has pleaded guilty to mail fraud.
49-year-old Pamela Jo Morris entered the plea Monday in U.S. District Court in Huntington.
Prosecutors say while working at a nursing home, Morris stole the personal information from a patient and applied for a credit card. Once she got the card, Morris charged approximately $2,700 to the account.
Morris faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when she is sentenced in May.

We all know all this woman will get out of this is probation and maybe a little fine that she will be able to make payments on..I just don't believe how insanely stupid our justice system is.
To LUCY: the name of the nursing home matters because some of us have parents, grandparents, loved ones in nursing homes. We want to know the name and location of the nursing home because we want to know if it is the one our loved one is a patient it...we utilize these places because we can not loger take care of someone at home...we want to..but cannot....and then some crack head like this woman takes advantage of someone who no longer can defend themself....SHAME ON HER! You can bet your bottom dollar...if anyone did this to my loved one....heads would roll! SO WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THE NURSING HOME?
THIS IS SO SAD, HOW LOW DO YOU HAVE TO GET. I FEEL FOR THE SPECIAL PEOPLE IN THE NURSING HOMES. I USED TO WORK AT ONE AND YOU REALLY GET ATTACHED TO THESE SPECIAL PEOPLE, THIS IS HEART BREAKING.
