Now that renovations have wrapped up at the Governor's Mansion in Charleston, eyes are now on the oldest building at the Capitol Complex.
The state is looking to renovate Holly Grove. That's the building next to the mansion. It was built back in 1815.
The cost of renovations, three and a half million dollars.
Holly Grove has been vacant since 2004, but once renovations have wrapped up there's talk it could be a visitors center or turn into a residence.
