Michael Merrifield's Trial May Be Delayed

The trial for a man charged in the death of Logan Goodall could be delayed.
This week Michael Merrifield's lawyer asked a judge to remove him from the case following a conflict with his client.
Merrifield pleaded not guilty last month to first degree murder and child neglect charges in the death of the two year boy. Logan died last September in Putnam County.
A hearing is set for next week to decide if Merrifield will get a new attorney.
