WHEELWRIGHT, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Students in one Floyd County town now have access to some new computers.

The six computers, worth about $10,000, were donated to the new Wheelwright Library on Tuesday.

An ARC grant and Connect Kentucky paid for the computers.

The goal is to help those in the community who do not have a computer or Internet access at home.

Librarians believe it can help children with their homework and help adults either study for GED's or apply for jobs.

New computers are also coming to libraries in Minnie and Prestonsburg, and several Floyd County schools.
