Kanawha County's Superintendent is looking to a complaint of a possible mold problem at J.E. Robins Elementary in Charleston.
Ron Duerring says he along with maintenance crews will take a tour of the school Friday after a parent complained about the problem. The parent also claims there's rats in the school's kitchen.
Duerring says he just heard about the problems Thursday, but he will address them and make repairs where needed.
Robins is one of four schools the board has discussed closing within the next five years.
