Crews have been watching the creeks and streams in eastern Kentucky this weekend.
Saturday, the Boyd County Emergency Management team monitored the storm front from its' command center.
They were prepared for potential flooding.
Matthew Adkins is with A.B.C. Emergency Management.
Adkins said, "Mainly it's just having someone there to have just in case something really bad does happen, if things get out of hand quickly."
If the storm front that hit the region Saturday night would have been more serious, Adkins and his staff were prepared to communicate and coordinate with all emergency responders across the county and state.
If you see flooding in or around the Boyd County area, call the Emergency Management team at 606-325-1035.
It's an automated line.
The management team will use it to aid emergency workers with locating trouble areas.
