Nitro City Councilman Bill Clark says even though he believes a fellow councilman stole his identity- he will not file charges!
Clark accuses Tim Harrison of attaching his name to nude photos sent to a 20 year old woman who lives in Nitro.
Clark says he and Harrison didn't have any issues, so he is not sure why Harrison would even use his name.
Meanwhile, Harrison still has not resigned from Nitro City Council, even though he was asked to more than a week ago.
The councilman has denied he has any involvement in the photos.
