Kiser Dies
The Constable police say was beaten last week in Carter County, Kentucky has died.
Elmer Kiser died Wednesday morning at a hospital in Ashland. Police arrested Johnny Puckett, and charged with assaulting Kiser.
The Commonwealth Attorney tells NewsChannel 3 that more than likely that charge will be upgraded to murder, pending final autopsy results.
