Union Stamping Files For Bankruptcy

Union Stamping
Another development in the closing of Union Stamping out of South Charleston.
Wednesday the company filed for bankruptcy in federal court. There was some question about whether the 200 employees who've already been let go would get paid for time worked. Now the company's attorney, Shawn Riley says they will.
The issue now is what will happen to the equipment. Riley says there has been interest from companies overseas to buy it.
