Huntington Police made an arrest after a report of indecent exposure Thursday morning, but investigators don't believe it's the same man who's been causing so much concern on the city's South Side.

It began on 9th Street after an employee of a dental office noticed a man doing something near his car.

He says he was using the bathroom.

The witness thought it was something else.

The man was charged with several misdemeanors including urinating in public, possession of drug paraphenalia and driving under the influence.

Police say it shows people are on alert, trying to find the suspect in at least five other incidents.

All the previous cases involved a man with a baseball cap and bushy hair in a maroon car. Two have happened near Cammack Elementary and the rest near Ritter Park.

Corporal C. E. Bradshaw of the Huntington Police Departemnt said about today incident, "It shows people are observing what's going on around them. When the girl pulled in she saw something strange, locked her car door and went inside and called 911. The business owner followed the car until we caught up with the suspect on 5th Avenue."

Police do plan to show the picture of this supsect to previous witnesses to rule out his involvement in the other incidents.

His car and description did not match those described in other reports.
