Maybe it’s the crazy costumes or you may have a severe sweet tooth. Many people have different reasons why they love Halloween. But one family in our region looks at this time of year as a time to go hunting…ghost hunting!

On Halloween, when some are seeking sweets, others are searching for spirits.

Eddie Linville says he started his "training" on a trip to the Mansfield, Ohio reformatory, which is a now closed down prison. He filmed and recorded his entire tour, and what did he find? You'll have to see and hear for yourself!

“It looks like the side of a woman's face and the nose sticking out,” said Linville. “The chin, the mouth open a little bit…”

Eddie says it wasn't just her face, but also a voice. You can be the judge.

“I don’t know how you explain that,” said Linville. “It makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up, and I get cold chills.”

Both Eddie and his mom say they would like to visit some more places, but even if they don't find anything or anyone, it’s all about the fun of the hunt.

Eddie and his mom say they have told friends about their trip and some have told them, they want to go along for the next ghost hunt.
