It's taken months, but teachers and school board members in Lawrence County, Ohio, may have finally reached common ground.
The 105 members of the Fairland Local teacher's union have been working without a contract since their old one expired on June 30th.
A federal mediator came to a meeting between the two groups Tuesday night in hopes of avoiding a strike.
Word is that a tentative agreement was reached.
