Hazmat Situation at Federal Corrections Facility

The public information officer at the Federal Corrections Facility in Raleigh County says a worker in the mail room opened a piece of mail and got sick. As a precaution, the mail room was closed off and the worker was taken to the hospital.
Several emergency response teams helped with the investigation and found no signs of a hazardous material.
Everything is back to normal at the facility, according to a public information officer there.
