PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A woman who thought she was calling her drug dealer accidentally called the 911 dispatch center in Scioto County, Portsmouth Police said, and ended up in jail.
Last Friday night, police said an intoxicated woman was trying to call her drug dealer to buy an OxyContin pill -- called a "3-0" on the street. But police said instead of the dealer, Joanna Mullins dialed the 911 dispatch center.
Mullins ended up without her pill and in a jail cell. Dispatcher Melissa Sissel sent officers to meet Mullins who was arrested for attempting to purchase narcotics.
The report indicated that Mullins told police she had drunk two King Cobra malt liquors, was having a bad day and said, "You know, that person did sound a bit like the police."

YOU KNOW EVERYONE HAS BAD DAYS AND THAT IS NO EXCUSE TO USE DRUGS. MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET SOME COUNSELING FOR WHEN YOU HAVE MORE DAYS BECAUSE BELIEVE ME YOU WILL HAVE MORE OF THEM.
how sad
...on what island do you live? Please tell us what county that we could "pay" you to live & "raise" a child in? Seriously, Where is a drug-free county? These are all signs of the times...the only way that this world is going to get better is when God steps in & takes over & it's soon!
