The Lawrence county, Ohio sheriff's department has confirmed that Tina Lovejoy has died from her injuries in Tuesday's shooting. Tina passed away sometime after 5:00pm on Wednesday.
The Sheriff's department is now working with the prosecutor's office, on upgrading James Jones' charge to murder.
The other victim, Jeremy Lovejoy is still in critical condition.
