Murder Suspect Pleads Guilty

The second man charged in a murder on Charleston's West Side admitted to the crime Thursday.
Garland Harless pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter with the use of a firearm.
Police say Harless and Hai Dinh shot and killed Jonathan Pannell on Bream Street in November 2004.
Dinh pleaded guilty to the charges earlier this week.
They both now face up to 15 years behind bars.
Harless and Dinh will be sentenced in January.
