Police say alcohol may have been a factor in a fatal crash early Thursday morning.
Investigators say Raymond McClelland of Greenbrier County was driving west on Route 60 in Glasgow.
His car went left of center and struck an east bound coal truck.
McClelland died at the scene.
His passenger, Heather Breedlove of Summersville, was taken to the hospital.
Police spoke with her and found evidence of alcohol being consumed in the car.
