Injured, But No ID

A woman living on Strawberry Road just outside of St. Albans says she heard a loud "thud."

When she came outside two men peeked over her fence and told her to call an ambulance- when she came back outside, she told police, they were gone.

Now State Police are trying to figure out why the man was lying in the middle of the road and how he got there.

Trooper Layne with the West Virginia State Police says he had no identification with him so it's making the investigation difficult.
