When it comes to "We Are Marshall", the hottest tickets in town went on sale to the public Monday morning.
Fewer than a thousand tickets were left for the premiere at the Keith Albee Theatre.
Some people actually camped out for their spot in line.
A Marshall graduate student showed up at about 11:30 Sunday night with his sleeping bag to make sure he got the first ticket.
Andrew Barksdale says it was a very cold night, but well worth the wait.
The rest of the crowd started showing up a few hours later.
And by the time tickets went on sale at about 10 o'clock Monday morning it was quite an event.
Barksdale went for the $250 tickets, others opted for the $1,000 tickets.
But no matter how much they paid, everyone in line said it's a good investment.
There was even some matchmaking going on in line.
Number one met number 21 in line and they exchanged e-mails.
As of noon, the box office said there were some tickets left in all price ranges at the Joan C. Edwards Theater box office on campus.
It's still unclear if any tickets would be left when those tickets go on sale through TicketMaster at one o'clock.
