Small Towns Drug Crimes

In Kenova police say it’s the smaller crimes that can escalate into larger ones. Police in Kenova are investigating a string of break-ins over the last few weeks; more than a dozen home and car burglaries. Police say these smaller crimes and drug use go hand in hand. “Electronics are very popular, they can sell them to friends or pawn shops.”

Kenova Police officer C.K. Napier says “people don’t think it can happen here. Because it’s not Huntington, but it happens everyday.”
