The man accused of killing three people in Amandaville in June has been indicted.
New York native Keith Roger Jeffers was indicted by a Kanawha County grand jury this week.
The 31-year-old faces three counts of first-degree murder, two counts of malicious wounding and one count of burglary.
Dennis Lovejoy of Amandaville, Amanda Ingram Walker of St. Albans and Gregory Childress of Culloden were found shot to death in Lovejoy's house on June Sixth.
James Adkins and Jerry Allen were also wounded.
Jeffers was arrested later that day in Pennsylvania when a state trooper stopped to help him with a flat tire.
An arraignment date has not yet been scheduled.
