A fire earlier this week at the former 84 Lumber building on Route 35 turned out to be no accident.
Sheriff's Deputies say James Lewis Rice told investigators he was the one who set the building on fire. He's now charged with arson.
Firefighters say the fire were so intense Tuesday morning it caused the roof to collapse. Crews returned to the scene later that night to put out hot spots.
Route 35 was shutdown for several hours Tuesday morning because of the water hoses that were stretched across the roadway.
Rice was featured on Charleston's Most Wanted earlier this week on unrelated charges. Your tips have now helped catch 90 local fugitives.
