John King Hearing
He's a former surgeon facing more than 100 lawsuits in Putnam County, but today he was back in a West Virginia courtroom.
A judge ordered Dr. John King to appear in court after he failed to present financial, tax and residence records early this summer.
Dr. King told the judge most of the records were destroyed in a fire.
The other lawsuits in this case allege King harmed and even killed patients at the former Putnam General Hospital.
