GRAYSON, Ky. (WSAZ) -- There's an ever growing number of crimes committed every day involving the Internet.
And this cyber crime wave has law enforcement organizations -- local and nationwide -- revamping their departments.
Locally, a suspected threat against a local judge called for some Internet crime specialization.
Kentucky State Police investigators said they were tipped off to Davy Justice and Kelli Hall's suspected threats against District Judge Rupert Wilhoit by Commonwealth Attorney David Flatt.
Flatt said Justice's blog included the judge's specific name then rambling lines such as, "Next time I walk up to the courthouse, you'll know it. You've been under surveillance. A friend of mine will soon be in back of you."
The word "arson" also was used.
Local investigators put the Kentucky State Police's Electronic Crimes Branch on the case. It has five dedicated detectives who specialize in computers, cell phones and Internet crimes against children.
Justice and Hall both are charged with intimidating a participant in the legal process, which is a felony. Both are jailed on $50,000 bonds.

They did nothing wrong and will be found not guilty! Judges are mostly poor lawyers who could not make it practing law....Put me in jail for telling the truth.
Heather...you are an idiot.
I think if more parents purchased parental control software and increased their knowledge of the danger kid's face online it would reduce the number of criminal incidents. My wife and I are members of www.GuardChild.com, a website where we were able to better understand online dangers and select from an array of parental Control Software to protect our kids.
