Gas Tax to Raise $63-million

West Virginia's 4 1/2 cents per gallon increase is expected to generate $63-million next year.
The money will go to the Division of Highways Road Fund.
However it's well short of what is needed. Reports indicate the state will need another $287-million to cover next year's building and repair costs.
