A Thanksgiving weekend party without parents around turned violent with an alleged sexual assault. Another suspect captured the incident on video phone and posted on the internet.
Ryan McMillian, 18, of South Point is charged with rape after the incident that happened over the Thanksgiving weekend. Police say the victim invited McMillian to his house and asked McMillian to bring alcohol. A detective says the victim consumed large amounts of alcohol and became so intoxicated his friends locked him in a closet.
Police say they later let him out and that's when McMillian is accused of stripping the boy's clothes off and simulating a sex act. McMillian is then accused of sticking an object in the boy while a juvenile suspect held the victim down.
A third suspect captured the incident on video and posted it on his "My Space" page. That has since been removed from the internet but there is concern that a copy may still exist on the web on another domain.
McMillian is being held in the Lawrence County Jail while a grand jury decides if there is enough evidence to send the case to trial.
