Athens County Sheriff Investigating Assisted Suicide
Athens County Sheriff Pat Kelly says a Georgia group may have helped an Athens, Ohio, woman commit suicide on Monday.

ATHENS, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Athens County authorities are looking into the possible filing of criminal charges against a Georgia based group that allegedly helps people commit suicide.
Assisted suicide is illegal in Ohio.
Athens County Sheriff Pat Kelly says the group may have helped an Athens, Ohio, woman commit suicide on Monday.
The sheriff was contacted about the woman’s death by family members.
Kelly says the Georgia Attorney General's Office has been monitoring the organization which allegedly operates in six states.

They knew when they built there what was going to be taking place.....No one was allowed anywhere near the bridge when they blew the pomeroy side pier, why did they allow them stay in the home during the blasting? Why would you even risk yours and your families life just to get pictures ..........unless,$$$! They asked for it! Pomeroy's Pool People had to evacuate as did a family next door. They were on the opposite side of the Pomeroy pier when it blew. Just think about it. Why else would you risk it!!!!
Give them a break! I am sure it ended prettier than brains on the wall.
how much of a moron do you have to be to not be able to kill yourself without help? just walk off a bridge or stand on the railroad tracks, or hold your breath... the list goes on and on
