Charleston police are investigating an early morning stabbing.
They were called about the incident, not from where the stabbing happened, but after the victim showed up at the hospital.
Dispatchers tell us the stabbing happened on Russell Street early this morning.
Police do have a suspect in custody, but have not released the suspects name.
The man who was stabbed has been treated and released from the hospital.
