A rift between two Kanawha County brothers not only burned their relationship, it also burned one brother's trailer. Firefighters were called at around 10 a.m. on Saturday morning to Aarons Fork Road in Frame. Police arrested Ray Justis, but he has been causing more than just fires in the community.

Ray Justis will spend Christmas Eve in jail. He's accused of trying to burn down his brother's trailer. When police arrived, they found Justis hiding in the woods nearby.

Frame Volunteer Fire Department Chief Ron Russell says Justis not only put his life at risk, he also endangered the lives of firefighters and people who live near the trailer.

"That's the aggravating part about it," said Russell. "We're trying to promote fire prevention and fire safety. We have people like this who purposefully come out and set fires with no regard for anyone else's safety or property."

Police say Justis has been causing a lot of problems lately in the community. They were already looking for him for a burglary.

For residents of the community, it was a happy sight to see Ray Justis being taken away in handcuffs.

And neighbors tell us they are hoping that this time, he stays locked up for good.

Police say Ray Justis was taken to CAMC General for treatment for injuries from a burglary earlier today. So far, the only charges that have been filed against Justis are for the burglary. No one was in the trailer at the time of the fire.
